Welcome to CleanSweep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") work together with our Privacy Policy to explain what you can expect from us — and what we expect from you — when using the CleanSweep mobile application and related services. Please read them before you begin.
1. Acceptance & Representation of Authority
By installing, accessing, or using CleanSweep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the app.
Using CleanSweep on behalf of a business, employer, or other organization? You represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity. In such cases, “you” and “your” apply to the organization.
2. Technical Data & Operational Usage
To maintain, support, and improve CleanSweep, we may collect and process certain technical and usage information, including (without limitation):
Refund integrity: We may retain limited service-related data as needed to review and analyze refund activity, fraud risk, or billing irregularities. This helps protect service quality and platform security.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms periodically. When we do, the latest version will be made available within the app (or another appropriate channel). Continuing to use CleanSweep after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, discontinue use of the app.
4. No Warranties; Use at Your Own Risk
We work to keep CleanSweep reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee:
